Welcome to Madison Lane Bridal. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking an appointment. Our website showcases our bridal collections for browsing and inspiration. At this time, purchases cannot be made online. To view gowns in person and receive personalized assistance, we invite you to schedule an appointment through our  booking system.
 
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

2. Products and Availability
Our products are off-off-the-rack. When a bride purchases a dress they may take it home day of. Each dress is unique to our store and only has one in-stock. We do not place online orders or holds.
We strive to display our products, colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
Our online collection does not display our entire storefront. Please book an appointment to see everything we have available.
 
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in dollars.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
Applicable tax charges will be calculated during checkout.
Some discounts may apply. See owner for details.
 
4. Booking an Appointment
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any booking

• Limit guests

• Request additional information before booking

You will receive a booking confirmation via email and text after approved.

 

5. Alterations
Alterations are not included. Although, we do provide a list of alteration specialists within the local area. Alteration costs may vary and are an addition per your choice of seamstress.
We are not responsible for alterations performed by third parties.
 
6. Payment
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment must be received when an order is purchased unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do offer a limited layaway program which requires a written agreement from both parties.
 
7. Shipping
We do not ship orders to brides. Sorry for any inconvenience.
 
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

​All sales are final.

9. Appointments
Appointments are required for bridal consultations.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.
If appointment deposits are required:

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Deposit policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
   

10. Gift Cards
We do not offer gift card servies. Sorry for any inconvenience.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Madison Lane Bridal.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
 
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Upload malicious software

• Interfere with website operations

• Post false, misleading, or offensive content

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes.
You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of website content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madison Lane Bridal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madison Lane Bridal, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Allegan, Michigan, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
